Mint Ice Cream
2 cup whole milk
2 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mint extract
1 cup chopped Girl Scouts Thin Mints
- Stir together milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract and peppermint extract until sugar has dissolved.
- Pour into ice cream maker.
- 10 min before ice cream maker finishes, pour in chopped Thin Mints.
- Makes 2 quarts.
