Mint Ice Cream

2 cup whole milk
2 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mint extract
1 cup chopped Girl Scouts Thin Mints

  1. Stir together milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract and peppermint extract until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker.
  3. 10 min before ice cream maker finishes, pour in chopped Thin Mints.
  4. Makes 2 quarts.
