Hummus

2 cans (15 ounce each) of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), one drained, one with liquid
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 Tbsp olive oil
6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp kosher salt

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. If using food processor, mince garlic with processor first. 
  2. Taste, season more if necessary. 
  3. Drizzle with bit of olive oil before serving. 
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
