Green Beans

4 oz oil
1 lb green beans (trimmed)
2-3 shallots
cashews

  1. Heat pan with oil.
  2. Fry green beans with shallots.
  3. Add enough dressing to coat green beans, let steam.
  4. Add cashews. Season with salt.

Dressing:

4 oz lemon juice
5 oz fish sauce
2.5 oz soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp Sriracha sauce
1/3 oz garlic cloves

  1. Combine dressing ingredients, transfer to blender.
  2. Emulsify dressing with oil.
  3. Save extra dressing and put in refrigerator.
